		Spoiled Rotten Yorkies is dedicated to the proper breeding and overall care of the Yorkshire Terriers. The intent of this contract is to assure that the dogs produced from our home will receive appropriate care and will be protected from indiscriminate breeding, so that the outstanding qualities of health and versatility are enhanced.  So when the puppy passes from the seller to the buyer, the buyer must agree to provide all necessary veterinary services and will protect from injury and provide adequate living conditions for the pup. I, Judy Mae Chao, agree to SELL a (male/female) Yorkshire Terrier for pet/companion.   AKC Litter # ___________________________, whelped ______________________, sired by ______________________, out of ______________________, to the buyer ____________________________________ whose address is ______________________________________________________________________, phone ___________________ for the sum of $________________.  The buyer agrees to pay $500.00 deposit to hold the puppy till it is ready for it's new home.  The deposit will then go towards the purchase price of the pup.  Deposits are non-refundable.   Buyer agrees to have this animal examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours after possession.  This is to ensure that I, the seller, has provided you with a healthy pup.  Seller guarantees this animal to be free of any and all diseases or defects and in good health.  If found unhealthy by said veterinarian within 48 hours of possession, buyer has the right to return the puppy for a FULL refund providing the animal has sustained no injury after buyer took possession.  A written letter from the buyer's Vet will be required for this contract to be in effect.  The buyer will accept complete responsibility for the health and well being of this puppy from the date of possession and agrees that loss, death, disablement of this puppy shall in no way nullify, lessen or alter buyer's obligation to the seller under the terms of this contract.  Vet bills will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Seller guarantees this animal to be purebred and registered with the American Kennel Club.   Puppy will be free of any liens or encumbrances resulting from terms of the stud contract, veterinary fees, leases or co-ownerships.  The Seller further guarantees the parents of this puppy to be free of hereditary diseases.  Spoiled Rotten Yorkies also provides a 2 YEAR hereditary guarantee for the purchased puppy.  Seller guarantees this puppy to be free of genetic defects which would make it unsuitable as a pet.  If puppy is diagnosed with a genetic defect within 2 years of the puppy's birthdate,  Seller will either refund the Buyer up to but not over the original purchase price or give a replacement puppy of equal value when one becomes available.  Return of the original puppy will not be required but will be accepted by Seller if Buyer chooses not to care for it.  All vet bills will be the responsibility of the buyer. Seller guarantees that all shots are current, and deworming done at 4, 5, 6 ,7 weeks old.   The buyer agrees that, should Buyer ever decide to part with this dog, that the Seller will have first option to buy, at a mutually agreeable price.  Should the Buyer's situation change in that he/she can no longer care for this dog, he must notify the Seller immediately.  The seller will take the dog back or assist in finding a suitable home for it.  AT NO TIME will the SPOILED ROTTEN dog be surrendered to a shelter or humane society.  The Seller will always assist in placing this dog. Buyer agrees that no puppies produced by this dog or bitch will ever be sold or consigned to pet shops or other wholesale outlets at any time.   Seller certifies that all statements made in this contract are true and correct to the best of her knowledge.
